5. Rates, Availability and Booking Terms

5.1 Display of Rates

All rates displayed on the Website are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to the confirmation of a reservation.

5.2 Reservation Requests

Submitting a reservation request through the Website does not, in itself, constitute a confirmed booking. 14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms communicated at the time of a reservation, constitute the entire agreement between you and with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
